After a huge amount of excitement was created at CES since we would finally be seeing Razer, one of the leading gaming peripheral companies, release their very own wearable piece of smart technology, the Nabu. This was set to release in Q1 of 2014 for developers at a very cheap price tag of $49.99, for them to be able to work on new applications set for the release which is still unknown for consumers and now developers have a pretty large time period in which they may be able to pick up their unit “late May/early June”.

So far all we know is that Razer have delayed the developer release date to ensure that the materials Nabu is made from are hypoallergenic to prevent any rashes or irritation to the skin no matter the time period used for.

The Razer Nabu may not be causing huge amounts of skin irritation, rashes or nothing at all, however this could be a sign that they want the first model to be as next to as perfect as possible to allow for a decent brake into the market and to stop what happened to Fitbit with the Fitbit Force.
